Adebayo Sodunke
CEO | Executive Director
Originally from Nigeria, Africa, Adebayo Sodunke possesses an extraordinary gift for understanding and connecting with autistic individuals. Often referred to as "the autism whisperer," Bayo has spent 20 years working in the field of neurological divergence, fulfilling various roles such as support professional, supervisor, manager, and director.
His exceptional contributions to the industry have earned him the Governor's Citation award. Bayo believes in making a difference by providing opportunities and support to those with autism, recognizing their capabilities and assisting them on their unique journeys.
Donna Pidel
CEO | DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Donna Pidel understands the challenges that come with raising a child with autism, especially as they transition into adulthood and no longer receive support from the education system. As a parent, Donna is deeply committed to advocating for equality and empowering individuals with disabilities.
She made the decision to leave her career as a ballet choreographer to focus solely on improving the lives of people like her son, by creating purpose, meaning, and fulfillment for them. The birth of The Difference 2-17 was driven by Donna and Bayo’s passion and determination to make a lasting impact, forever changing the trajectory of those who attend.
Donna is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School Online and recently received a certificate of completion in Leadership Principles.
Each member of our leadership team brings invaluable experience and leadership, ensuring that our services are delivered with utmost professionalism and care.
